Yesterday morning I ended up on on the floor and couldn't get up, I was so dizzy and nauseous.  It was scary!  My husband had to turn around and stay home with me (fortunately I had my phone with me).  Luckily I had a doctor's appointment to discuss my recent POTS diagnosis anyway.  I am now supposed to consume more salt and water and I have medicine to try to get my blood pressure up a bit.  A few times in the past I've had nurses comment that they were surprised I was still standing after checking my blood pressure, now I know why.  I'm doing better today, though I'm still a little anxious over yesterday.

I'll be okay though.
