It is!!! Truth is, months ago just getting one new habit would be a challenge. But right now, I'm basically non-functional if I don't do this. I wish I was exaggerating when I say that, but POTS and/or anxiety have kept me from work (or from being able to do things at home) far too many days. This seems to be what works. And if I don't do it, I quickly regret it.
